My story
With over two decades of experience in luxury real estate, I began my career in Paris before embarking on my first expatriation to the Seychelles, where I served as Sales Director for one of the world's most luxurious residential marinas for 10 years. I then decided to explore the beauty of Mauritius and dedicate my expertise to sourcing real estate properties for my clients. I have built an extensive network of professionals to assist me in covering the entire real estate market as well as to facilitate all necessary procedures during your acquisition, including : banks, notaries, management companies, and more.

How is the analysis of my project carried out?Each client is unique. Following a discovery interview, I determine with you the ideal property that matches your expectations. Budget, type of property, surface, number of rooms, location, environment, work, financing... All your real estate search criteria are reviewed to ensure the feasibility of your project on 100% of the market.

What will you put in place for the search for my future property?I carry out a tailor-made real estate search on 100% of the real estate market, even properties that do not appear on agency portals and sites (real estate agencies, network, individuals, notaries, real estate developers, etc.): calls, reminders, pre-visits of real estate, everything is checked and supervised.

Once the reservation agreement is signed, do I have to deal with the rest on my own?If necessary, I put you in touch with my trusted partners; broker, bank, construction contractor, etc. I will guide you through the steps to remember between the compromise and the deed of sale. I will accompany you until the signing of the authentic deed and the handing over of the keys.
